160-Person Remote Living Facility
Deadhorse, AK – manmade island
The scope of the project is to design, fabricate, deliver and install a fully functional, 3-story, 80 suite (160-bed) modular living facility to support BPXA drilling/well operations. This modern facility also includes a kitchen and dining facility; 40 bathrooms; full water/waste water storage; locker room; TV lounge, conference/media room; exercise room, medical clinic; back-up generator and smoke shack. This projectwas completed on time, on budget and with zero lost time accidents.

112-Person Remote Living and Support Facility
Atigun Pass, AK
The scope for this project was to provide a 112-person modular living facility near Atigun Pass for ASPC. This project was on a fast track schedule. From award to final install, the time frame was only two and a half months. This included funding, programming, design, permitting, manufacturing, procurement, transportation, installation and final commissioning. Delta Leasing met the deadline and provided a top-quality product in every regard. Currently Delta Leasing provides onsite management and maintenance for this facility.

212-Person Remote Living Facility

In 2007, Delta entered into an agreement to provide a 212-person modular living facility for BP. The design included a kitchen dining facility for 400 people, a waste-water facility and a generator system for temporary power. The final product was enhanced by the fact that both BP and Delta had a strong desire to create a modular facility that would significantly raise the standards for remote housing on the North Slope. Certain amenities such as well-appointed common areas, increased privacy in bedrooms, large flat screen TVs in bedrooms and common areas, internet services, and unique architectural design elements has made this modular living facility a pleasant residential and recreational environment for the customer and its workers.

The scope for this project was to design, manufacture and deliver a deluxe 15-bed office/living facility to Exxon Mobil in Deadhorse, AK to support their Point Thompson project. This facility was designed to be comfortable and self sustainable and includes a dining room, a kitchen, a break room, storage areas, a mechanical room, extra wide hallways, a fitness area, both private and public bathrooms, flat screen televisions in each room, a laundry area and two deluxe office areas.
